Collagen synthesis is a vitamin C dependent process. Without adequate vitamin C at the cellular level, the enzymes that cross-link collagen cannot do their work, no matter what you apply topically. Glutathione is your body’s principal endogenous antioxidant and is central to how skin manages oxidative stress and pigment. At Bodyloom Wellness in Frisco, Texas, the Skin Glow IV delivers high-dose vitamin C, glutathione, biotin, and hydration over 45 to 60 minutes under provider supervision. It is not a replacement for good skincare or in-office treatments. It supplies what those work with.

Your first visit begins with a complimentary consultation. We review your health history, medications, current skincare, and any in-office treatments you are already doing, because this drip works best as one part of a plan rather than a standalone fix. If your goal would be better served by microneedling or a peel first, we will say so.
Eat a normal meal beforehand and arrive hydrated. Wear sleeves that move easily. If you are combining this with an in-office treatment on the same day, tell us when you book so we can sequence them sensibly.
You will be seated in our infusion suite. Your provider places the IV and starts the drip, checking in as it runs. Expect 45 to 60 minutes. A mineral taste from the vitamin C and a faint sulfur note from glutathione are both normal and both fade quickly.
There is no downtime and you can drive yourself home. Keep hydrating and stay consistent with sun protection, since that is the single largest variable in how your skin actually looks. Results build across a series, and we will schedule the next session before you leave if you want one.

The Skin Glow IV is $99 per session, including the full formulation and provider supervision throughout. Additional glutathione can be added to the same bag and is priced separately. Series pricing is available for clients pursuing visible change, which is the use case where it makes the most sense. Bodyloom VIP Members receive preferred rates on all IV therapies. Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit.

It supplies inputs that skin processes depend on. Vitamin C is a required cofactor for collagen synthesis, and glutathione is central to antioxidant defense. What it does not do is replace sunscreen, a topical routine, or in-office treatments. It works alongside them.
Oral glutathione is largely broken down before it reaches circulation, which is the core problem with taking it by mouth. Intravenous delivery gets it into your bloodstream intact.

Skin turns over across weeks, so this is a series rather than a single-session treatment. Most clients assess after four to six sessions, and that is where the visible change tends to show up.
Glutathione is widely marketed for skin lightening. What we offer is antioxidant and collagen support, and clients most often describe the result as a more even, luminous tone rather than a lighter one. Your provider will set expectations around your specific skin at consultation.
Often yes, and clients frequently do. Tell us when you book so we can sequence them properly. Depending on the treatment, your provider may prefer one before the other.
Most clients find it relaxing. Vitamin C leaves a faint mineral taste and glutathione sometimes a brief sulfur note. Both are mild, both relate to infusion speed, and both resolve when we slow the rate.
Yes. High-dose vitamin C requires screening for G6PD deficiency, and we assess kidney function and any history of oxalate kidney stones before your first infusion. That screening is part of the good faith exam.
