Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://bodyloom.com/ website (the “Service”) operated by Bodyloom Wellness (“us”, “we”, or “our”), a Texas-based medical spa supervised by a licensed physician in compliance with Texas Medical Board regulations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Medical Disclaimer and No Provider-Patient Relationship

Information on this site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. A provider-patient relationship is not formed until a licensed healthcare professional has personally evaluated you and you have given informed consent.

3. Medical Oversight

All medical services at Bodyloom Wellness are supervised or performed by licensed professionals in compliance with the Texas Medical Board. The delegating physican’s name and license number are publicly viewable at our location(s) as per Texas law.

4. Telehealth Consent

When using our telehealth services, you consent to remote care under Texas Occupations Code §111 and agree to the terms outlined in our separate Telehealth Consent Form, including limitations, security, and follow-up procedures.

5. HIPAA and Secure Communication

Our website is protected by SSL encryption and follows industry standards for secure transmission of data. If you submit personal health information through our forms or communications, it is encrypted in transit and at rest. However, submission of sensitive medical information online should be limited to necessary details, and we encourage patients to use designated secure patient portals when available.

We comply with HIPAA in connection with our medical services and safeguard all protected health information (PHI) using secure platforms and internal protocols.

We may link to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice if we determine you have violated these Terms.

All aesthetic and medical procedures carry risks. You must sign an informed consent form before any treatment. Bodyloom Wellness disclaims liability for damages arising from use of the Service or clinical outcomes, to the maximum extent permitted by Texas law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on our website 30 days in advance.
