Bodyloom Wellness – Gift Card, Package, and Membership Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2025
This Policy governs the purchase and use of Gift Cards, Prepaid Packages, and Monthly Memberships at Bodyloom Wellness. By purchasing or using any of these products or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Gift Cards
a. Sales and Redemption
Gift Cards may be purchased in-clinic or online in available denominations as displayed at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards may be used only for eligible products or services at Bodyloom Wellness.
Gift Cards may not be used to pay for Membership fees or to purchase other Gift Cards.
Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
b. Expiration and Fees
Gift Cards issued after November 2, 2023, do not expire and are not subject to fees, in compliance with applicable law.
c. Lost or Stolen Cards
Bodyloom Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.
Gift Cards will not be reissued or replaced.
d. Promotional Cards
Promotional cards (e.g., reward vouchers, BOGO offers) may have expiration dates, blackout periods, or single-use rules.
Any unused value on a Promotional Card is forfeited.
2. Prepaid Packages
a. General Terms
Packages are bundles of services offered at a discounted rate and are available for purchase in-clinic or online.
All package sales are final and non-refundable, whether partially or fully used.
Packages are non-transferable and intended for use by the original purchaser only.
b. Expiration
Unless otherwise stated, Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Promotional packages may have shorter expiration periods or additional restrictions.
c. Booking and Availability
Appointment availability may vary and is not guaranteed. Services must be scheduled in advance.
3. Memberships
a. Overview
Memberships offer monthly access to designated services, member pricing, and exclusive benefits.
Memberships are for individual use and cannot be shared or transferred.
b. Billing
Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis using the payment method on file.
It is your responsibility to keep billing information current. Failed payments may result in suspension.
c. Cancellation and Holds
You may cancel your membership with 7 days’ written notice prior to your next billing cycle.
Memberships may be paused once annually for 1 to 3 months, upon written request.
No refunds are issued for unused days or missed appointments.
d. Use and Scheduling
Services included in your membership must be used within the current billing cycle and do not roll over, unless otherwise stated.
All appointments are subject to availability.
e. Changes
Bodyloom Wellness may change membership pricing or benefits with 30 days’ notice.
Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
4. General Provisions
a. Pricing Changes
All prices for services, packages, and memberships are subject to change at any time.
b. Privacy
We collect and use personal data to administer these programs as described in our Privacy Policy.
c. Limitation of Liability
Bodyloom Wellness is not responsible for loss, misuse, or theft of Gift Cards, Packages, or Membership benefits. Our liability is limited to the remaining balance of the product or service purchased.
d. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas unless otherwise required by law.
e. Severability
If any provision herein is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
